温针灸结合走罐法治疗寒冷性荨麻疹临床观察

目的：观察温针灸结合背部膀胱经游走罐治疗原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：将86例患者随机分为两组，治疗组43例采用温针灸治疗，每日1次，同时结合背部膀胱经走罐，每周1次；对照组43例仅口服咪唑斯汀缓释片10mg，1次／天，治疗4周一疗程；根据评分标准进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组有效率为88．37％，对照组为72．09％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组复发率13．04％，明显低于对照组（46．67％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：温针灸结合背部膀胱经游走罐治疗原发性获得性寒冷荨麻疹疗效显著，复发率低。

Cold Urticaria Treated with Warm Needle Moxibustion Combined with Moving Cupping

Objective：To observe the clinical effect on primary acquired cold urticaria treated with warm needle moxibustion combined with moving cupping along the bladder meridian. Methods：Eighty - six cases were ran- domly divided into two groups, treatment group included 43 eases, using warm needle moxibustion, once per day, and moving cupping along the bladder meridian, once per week;control group included 43 cases, using oral mizolastine sustained release tablets 10mg,once per day, four weeks as one session. According to the scoring criteria the efficacy was compared. Results：The effective rate was 88.37% in the treatment group ,and the ef- fective rate was 72.09% in the control group. The two groups were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ） ; the re- lapse rate of the treatment group （ 13.04% ） was lower than that in the control group （46.67%） , The two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Conclusion ： Warm needle moxihustion combined with moving cupping along the bladder meridian is effective for treating primary acquired cold urticaria, and the relapse rate is lower.
