普通级长爪沙鼠封闭群的建立

目的：建立普通级长爪沙鼠封闭群，为医学科研实验提供合格的实验动物。方法：1999年从大连医学院引进长爪沙鼠原始种群，饲养过程中控制动物体内外的微生物和寄生虫，对动物进行驯化，对饲料进行筛选，严格控制动物的繁育。结果：建立合格的普通级长爪沙鼠封闭群，促进了该动物资源的实验动物化。结论：长爪沙鼠虽为北方物种，但经严格饲养在华南地区可以培育出合乎标准的封闭群，并可用于多方面的研究实验。

Establishment of the Conventional Grade Mongolian Gerbil Closed Colony

ve: To establish a standard conventional grade Mongolian gerbil closed colony. Methods: In 1999, an original population of Mongolian gerbil was introduced into the Laboratory Animal Research Center from Dalian Medical College. The animals were kept free from any microorganism and parasite both on the surface and inside the body during the domestication. The forage composition for the animal was formulated according to the energy and proteins needed. Results: A standard closed colony of Mongolian gerbil has been established. Conclusion The successful establishment of a standard conventional Mongolian gerbil closed colony will benefit the research in many aspects.
