大脑灰质异位症的MRI诊断:附2例家族性病例报告

摘    要:通过2例家族性大脑灰质异位症致癫痛大发作病例的MRI检查。对大脑灰质异位症的MRI特征,MRI检查方法进行了分析讨论,自旋回波序列能清楚显示大脑白质内及室内膜处的异位灰质;异位灰质在所有加权扫描中,信号强度与正常灰质均一致为其MRI特征;质子加权扫描(TR/TE=3937/19MS)较其它加权扫描效果为佳,文章认为在癫痫大发作病人中签别其病因十分重要、MRI是目前诊断大脑灰质异位征的最有效方法。

Abstract:By the report of 2 cases of familial heterotopy with epilepsy, which underwent MR. The characteristics and examination methods of the lesion on MR were discussed and analysed' The article suggestthat SE sequences on MR is effective to differentiate the lesions in white substance and on ependyma. In SEsequences, the proton weight (TR/TE = 3979/19ms) is the best method to show the lesions. It is importentto distinguish the primary epilepsy from the second epilepsy' MRI is in present most effective method to diagnose heterotopy.
