摘    要:目的:通过对50例中晚期肝癌行介入插管治疗后,总结了作者对不同类型肝癌选择灌注及栓堵治疗的实施体会和疗效分析,意在如何能提高肝癌的介入治疗效果。材料与方法:选择50例原发性或继发性肝癌,采用Seldinger技术,行肝动脉灌注或栓堵,对单纯灌注及灌注加栓堵同时进行的方法作了对比。结果,单纯灌注者32例显效率为40.6%,灌注加栓堵者18例,显效率为88%,并对有门脉癌栓的14例中的6例进行了栓堵,

Abstract:Purpose: After the 50 cases of middle and late stage hepatic Cancer have been treated with inInterventional chemotherapy, writers have summarized practical experience and observation of curative effectof selective infusion and embolization in cancer. Purpose in for increasing interventional curative effect of thehepatic cancer. Material and method: Simple infusion as compare with infusion add embolization in the hepat-ic artery,which use of Seldinger technique in 50 case of primary and secondary hepatic cancer. Result: Successrate 40. 6%in the 32 cases only infusion. Success rate 88% in the 18 case infusion add embolization. Markedeffect have 67% in six the cases of uising embolization,Another eight cases using simple infusion, marked ef-fect have 37%, who exist embolus of cancer cells in the portal vein, Conclusion: Infusion add embolizationin the hepatic artery must arranged interventional to treat first method of nodular carmoma of liver.
