| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧(HBO)对缺氧缺血性脑病(H IE)的远期疗效。方法将90例符合H IE诊断标准的足月新生儿分为两组。治疗组50例,对照组40例。对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用HBO。结果治疗10 d后治疗组患儿的脑电图异常率,特别是重度异常率明显低于对照组(χ2=8.2,P<0.05);治疗1个月后治疗组头颅CT异常明显低于对照组(χ2=7.89,P<0.05);治疗3个月后治疗组DQ明显优于对照组(χ2=10.98,P<0.05)。结论高压氧对足月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗作用明显,疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen to neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy at a specified future date.Methods Ninety mature neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were divided into two groups,experimertal group(n=50) treated with common treatment and hyperbaric oxygen and common group(n=40) only treated with common treatment.Results Not only the ratios of abnormality recorded by electroencephalogram and CT were obviously lower in experimental group than in common group after some days' treatment(χ~2=8.2,P<0.05;χ~2=7.89,P<0.05),but discipline quotient was better than that of common group as well(χ~2=10.98,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of hyperbaric oxygen on newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is very remarkable. |
