介入栓塞术在前交通动脉瘤治疗中的应用价值

目的 探讨介入栓塞术在前交通动脉瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法以本院收治的164例前交通动脉瘤患者(2013年12月至2015年12月期间)作为调查研究对象,回顾性分析其临床病历资料。其中接受开颅动脉瘤夹闭术进行治疗的患者80例(对照组),接受介入栓塞术进行治疗的患者84例(观察组),观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者生活质量、认知功能等方面指标改善情况明显好于对照组,且该组患者并发症发生率低,治疗满意度高。两组间上述差异性均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论介入栓塞术不仅提高前交通动脉瘤患者远期生活质量,同时也明显改善患者认知功能。该治疗方法安全可靠,患者满意,值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。

The Application Value of Interventional Embolization in Treatment to Patients with Anterior Communicating Artery Aneurysm

Objective To investigate the application value of interventional embolization in treatment to patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm.Methods164 patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm from October 2013 to October 2015 treated in our hospital were considered as research objects and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.According to different methods,they were divided into two groups.There were 80 patients using clipping of intracranial aneurysm for treatment in the control group,while there were 84 patients treated with interventional embolization in the experimental group.The treatment effects were observed and compared.ResultsThe improvement of quality of life and cognitive function in the experimental group was significantly better than that of control group,with low rate of compliance and high treatment satisfaction.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionInterventional embolization not only improves long-term life quality for the patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm but also enhances the cognitive function of patients more obviously with being eminently safe and satisfactory.Therefore,the surgical method is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
