辅料和粒径对黄芪浸膏吸湿性的影响

摘    要:目的 研究辅料和黄芪浸膏粒径大小等因素对其吸湿性的影响。方法 制备粒径为50~65目,65~80目,80~100目,100~120目,120~150目之间的黄芪浸膏,进行吸湿动力学测试和临界相对湿度测定;向黄芪浸膏中添加不同辅料,并研究辅料种类及用量对浸膏吸湿性的影响。结果 浸膏粒径和辅料种类对黄芪浸膏吸湿性有明显的影响。结论 粒径较大的黄芪浸膏临界相对湿度较大,吸湿性较差;黄芪浸膏与16种辅料混合,最佳防潮辅料为乳糖,且乳糖的添加量对浸膏吸湿性有明显的影响。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of excipient and particle size on hygroscopicity of Astragali Radix extract.METHODS Astragali Radix extracts were prepared into size of 50-65 mesh, 65-80 mesh, 80-100 mesh, 100-120 mesh, 120-150 mesh; moisture adsorption kinetics and critical relative humidity were constructed for the above extracts. The effect of the kind and amount of the excipient on hygroscopicity of extract was studied.RESULTS The particle size of the extract and the kind of the excipient had an obvious effect on hygroscopicity.CONCLUSION The bigger the particle size is, then the larger the critical relative humidity is, the worse the hygroscopicity is. Astragali Radix extract is mixed with 16 excipients and lactose is of the best moistureproof effect.
