3D腹腔镜在经口腔前庭入路甲状腺手术中的临床应用

目的 分析探讨3D腹腔镜经口腔前庭入路甲状腺手术的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,将深圳市福永人民医院收治并行2D和3D腹腔镜甲状腺手术的患者各15例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用2D腹腔镜经口腔前庭入路甲状腺手术,观察组患者采用3D腹腔镜经口腔前庭入路甲状腺手术。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后呼吸情况、声带功能、术后住院时间和患者术后满意度。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间显著少于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者术后满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3D腹腔镜经口腔前庭入路甲状腺手术疗效可靠、手术时间短、术后恢复快、美容效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Application of 3D Laparoscopic Approach in theBuccal Cavity Through Thyroid Surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the 3D laparoscopic approach buccal cavity through thyroid surgery.Methods30 cases of thyroidectomy patients in Shenzhen Fuyong hospital from February 2014 to February 2016,divided into control group and observation group,with 15 cases in each.The control group were treated with oral vestibule 2D laparoscopic approach in thyroid surgery,the observation group were treated with oral vestibule 3D laparoscopic approach in thyroid surgery.Surgical operation time,blood loss,postoperative respiratory conditions,vocal cord function,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative satisfaction were recorded and compared.ResultsThe surgery operation time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay in observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05),the patients'' satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of 3D buccal cavity laparoscopic approach thyroidectomy is very good,with quick recovery and better cosmetic results,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
