摘    要:细胞膜色谱法是近年来应用于中药研究的生物色谱技术。现对细胞膜色谱法的原理、特性及已用于中药研究的不同细胞膜类型进行简要概括,并对中药单体及中药复方活性成分筛选中的典型应用进行了综述。同时就细胞膜色谱法在中药活性成分筛选中存在的问题和其应用中存在的局限性提出了建议和设想,为今后更好的将细胞膜色谱法应用于中药研究提供参考。

Abstract:Cell membrane chromatography is a biochromatography technology used in traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs) in recent years. The principles, characteristics and different cell membrane types were summarized in this review. The typical application in screening bioactive components of TCMs were also summarized. At the same time,the possible problems and limitations faced when working with TCMs were discussed, providing references to cell membrane chromatography for better apply to TCMs.
