| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨青年乳腺癌与中年、老年乳腺癌在超声影像学、病理及免疫组化表现方面的差异.方法 共收集乳腺癌患者162例,按年龄分为青年组(≤40岁)、中年组(41 ～ 59岁)和老年组(≥60岁)各54例.回顾分析三组乳腺癌在超声影像学、病理及免疫组化表现方面的差异.结果 青年组超声恶性征象“边缘毛刺征”、“周围高回声晕环”、“微小钙化灶”、“后发回声衰减”、“腋窝异常肿大淋巴结”的比率均高于中年组和老年组(JP＜0.05).青年组浸润性非特殊性癌Ⅲ级、肿瘤大小T3+T4、腋下淋巴结转移的比率均高于中年组和老年组(P＜0.05).青年组ER、PR阳性表达比率均低于中年组和老年组(P＜0.05).结论 青年乳腺癌与中老年乳腺癌相比具有恶性度高、侵袭性强及超声典型恶性征象发生率高的特点.
