A型行为者心理应激时血浆T_3、T_4水平的变化

采用问卷法评估75名医学生的行为类型,分别在心算应激测验后5分钟内及1周后安静时测定血浆T_3、T_4水平(放射免疫法)。结果表明,心算测验时,全体被试的血浆 T_4水平较安静时显著降低(P<0.01);A 型行为者血浆 T_3水平较安静时明显减少(P<0.01),而 B 型者未见明显差异,(P>0.50);除典型 B 型者外,行为问卷总分,CH 因子分与 T_3的消耗量均呈正相关(r=0.276,P<0.05;r=0.289,P<0.02)。提示心理应激可使 T_4代谢活动增强,A 型行为者 T_3的消耗量明显增加;生理反应特点与行为特征相关。

CHANGES OF PLASMA LEVELS OF T_3 AND T_4 IN SUBJECTS OF TYPE A BEHAVIOR IN MENTAL STRESS

Behavior types of 75 medical students were asscssed using the Coronary-prone Behavior Questionnaire and their plasma levels of T_3 and T_4 measured by RIA within 5 min- utes immediately after mental arithmetic stress testing and 1 week later at rest.The results showed that their plasma levels of T_4 was distinetly lower under mental stress than at rest (P<0.01);for the type A subjects,the plasma level of T_3 reduced more significantly under stress than at rest(P<0.01);whereas for type B subjects,the difference between stress and non-stress was not significant(P>0.50).Except for typical type B behavior,there were positive correlation either between the total scores of behavior questionnaire and consumptions of T_3 in stress(r=0.276,P<0.05)or between the scores of competition and hostility(CH)factors and the expense of T_3 in stress(r=0.289,P<0.02).This suggests that mental stress may increase ac- tivity of metabolism of T_4 for all subjects and consumptions of T_3 for type A,and that there exists a relativity between the characteristics of behavior and physiologic responses to mental stress.
