| Abstract: | We had detected Serum HBV-DNA in 67 children carriering titer 1 :64 HBsAg by molecular hybridisation technique. The results showed that the positive percentage HBV-DNA in Serum was 37.3%. HBsAg, HBeAg and anti-HBc were positive. The positive percentage of HBV-DNA in serum was 62.8%. This article suggests that no matter how titer was high or low, if HBsAg were positive, all of their serum should be detected HBV-DNA. It can real showing to recognize active viral replication and infection in asymptomatic HBsAg carriering children |
