| 摘 要： | 对１９９４年１月至１２月我院发生的软产道损伤进行分析。６３例软产道损伤中，会阴裂伤５４例，产道血肿６例，宫颈裂伤３例。对损伤原因进行探讨，提出治疗原则。认为防治产前因素，提高接生技术，正确及时处理产程是降低软产道损伤发生率的关键。

| Abstract: | The present paper is an analysis of the cases of soft obstetric canal damage treated in our hospital.Among the 63 cases,54 were perineal rupture,6 obstetric canal hematoma and 3 cervical rupture.Based on the research on the causes of these cases,the author suggests some principles of the treatment and concludes that the improvement of midwifery techniques and timely and proper treatment are vital in lowring the incidence rate of obstetric canal damage. |
