O3对骨性关节炎关节软骨作用的MR与电镜观察

摘    要:目的观察关节腔内注射医用臭氧后膝骨性关节炎的关节软骨的超微结构及MR表现并初步探讨其发生机制。方法将18只新西兰大白兔随机分为3组(n=6):正常对照组(Normal组),骨性关节炎组(OA组),医用臭氧组(O3组)。正常对照组(Normal组)无处置,将oA组与03组实验兔的右后肢膝关节用木瓜蛋白酶关节腔内注射法,制成兔膝骨性关节炎模型。造模成功后所有实验免右侧膝关节做磁共振检查,随即医用臭氧组向右膝关节腔内注入1OmlO3浓度为35ug/ml的O3~O2混合气体;骨性关节炎组无处置,治疗满2周后所有实验兔再次做右侧膝关节磁共振检查,之后所有实验动物统一处死,观察三组右膝关节股骨髁部位的关节软骨的电镜改变。结果关节腔内注射医用臭氧后,磁共振检查显示关节软骨损伤减轻,透射电镜亦观察到软骨细胞内受损的细胞核及细胞器有所改善。结论医用臭氧有助于早期关节炎受损关节软骨的恢复。

Abstract:Objectives To observe articular cartilage's ultrastructure and the MR performance after the medical ozone, was injected into intraarticular cavity of right knees of rabbits and discuss it to have the mechanism initially. Methods: Eighteen NEW-Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups ( each n=6): the normal group the OA group and.the O3 group, the normal group was given no special. The rabbit models of knee osteoarthritis were established by injecting Papain into intra-articular cavity of fight knees of the OA group and.the O3 group Then magnetic resonance inspection, of fight knees of each case was performed. 10ml O3 -O2 (concentration 35ug/ml)was injected into intra-articular cavity of right knees of O3 group; the OA group was given no special while handing.After two weeks, the magnetic resonance inspection of all cases were analyzed again Then all cases were executed and the articular cartilage of the femoral condyle spot of knee joint were taken to make pathological section, Changing of articular cartilage,was observed by transmission electron microscope. Results The improvement of the cell nucleus and the cell organ injured in the cartilage cell was, observed through the electron microscope the magnetic resonance inspection also demonstrated that the articular cartilage damage reduces after the medical ozone, was injected into intra-articular cavity of right knees. Conclusion The medical ozone is helpful in the early arthritis suffers injury articular cartilage's restoration.
