小腿后群肌的应用研究

目的为临床选择小腿前内侧下1／3创伤的修复肌瓣提供解剖学数据。方法用30具成人尸体，采用连续层次解剖法，解剖观察了除腓肠肌、胭肌和跖肌以外的小腿后群肌，并用游标卡尺测量了有关的数据。结果转动比目鱼肌瓣能平均覆盖小腿前内侧下1/3的创伤面积为24．5cm2，处长屈肌瓣为10．6cm2，拇长屈肌瓣为14．1cm2，胫骨后肌辩16．8cm2。结论使用小腿后群肌修复小腿前内侧下1/3创伤时，比目鱼肌应是首选肌。

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF THE LEG POSTERIOR GROUP MUSCLES

Objective: To offer the ideal muscle flaps for the plastic and reconsructive surgery of the lowerone-third of the leg. Method: The posterior group muscles of the leg,except the gastrocnmius M. and the politealM. and the plantaris M., were observed By regional anatomy and measured with the vernier caliper on 30 adult cadavers. Results: When the muscle flap of soleus M.was tumed, it could cover 14. 1cm2 of the wound area on the medial lower one third of the leg, the long flexor M. 10.6cm2, the long flexor of great toe M. 14. lcm2, and the posteriortibial M. 16.8cm2. Conclusion: The first choice is soleus M. then the posterior group muscles of the leg are used forthe plastic and reconstructive surgery of the lower one -third of the leg.
