鼻息肉局部免疫活性细胞的免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的探讨各种免疫活性细胞在鼻息肉发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SABC法及HE、甲苯胺兰染色,采用9种单克隆、多克隆抗体对16例界息肉切除标本的7种免疫活性细胞及4种体液免疫成分的数量及分布情况进行观察,以岂8例正常鼻粘膜为对照。结果鼻息肉上皮同正常鼻膜上皮一样含有HLA-DR标记阳性细胞,鼻息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞的数量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。而鼻息肉组织中T细胞、T4细胞亚群、B细胞、巨噬细胞的数量与正常对照无明显差异(P<O.05)。鼻息肉表面及实质可见IgA、Igh、补体C3、溶菌酶等表达。结论鼻息肉组织同正常鼻粘膜一样具有免疫反应性。鼻粘膜上皮的免疫反应性发生变化在鼻息肉的形成和发展中起一定作用。

Abstract:objective: To investigatc dets of the inununocompetent cells and are secretory inimune compenent in the formahon and the detaloplnent of the nd pope. Methdri: Stained by inununohistochdrical streptavi-din-biotin-perokidae eomplex(SABC) methods, HE and toludune blue, the ntirder and distribtltion of 7 kinds ofimmnunocompetent cells and 4 kinds of humoral immune components were studied in 16 specimens excisim of nasal polyps hy monoclond and polyclond antibodies. And 8 cases with nonnal mucosa were used as control group. Results:There was HLA-DR antigen in the cpithelial cells of the nasal mucosal as in that of the normal nasal mucosal. Thenumber of eosinophils and mast cells was much higher in the tissue of the nasal Ngu h1an hlat in the normal nasalmucou (P<0.01 ). There were no significant differences in the tow groups in the numebers of T-cells, T4 ccllsthets, B-cells and macrophages. Some other secretory immune factors such as IgA, lgG, complement C3 and lyszome were also found in the sches of tha nasal polyps. belusion:It is sugested the nasal polyp has immune response as the normal nasal mucosa. The epithelinum plays an important in these immune response. Alterations ofceller immune response in nasal mucosa may contribute to the formation and development of palyps
