床旁单泵血液灌流救治重度有机磷农药中毒50例临床分析

目的探讨床旁单泵血液灌流治疗重度有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）的疗效。方法104例重度AOPP患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（54例），均给予常规洗胃、导泻、输液及氯磷定、阿托品治疗，治疗组行床旁单泵血液灌流（HP）。结果治疗组治愈率、中间综合征发生率、昏迷时间、血胆碱酯酶恢复时间和阿托品用量与对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论HP能迅速清除体内毒物，明显缩短病程，减少并发症，提高重度AOPP的治愈率。

Clinical analysis of bedside hemoperfusion in 50 cases with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective: To study the clinical effects of bedside hemoperfusion therapy in acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods:104 patients with severe AOPP were divided randomly into the treatment group(50 cases) and the control group(54 cases).The patients in both of the groups were given conventional treatment including gastrolavage,purgation,fluid infusion,atropine and pralidoxime chloride.The patients in the treatment group were given additional hemoperfusion therapy.Results: There were significant differences in the cure rate,incidence of intermediate syndrome,coma duration,serum cholinesterase recovery time and atropine dosage between two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Hemoperfusion can clear organophosphorus pesticide rapidly,shorten duration of illness,reduce complication and improve therapeutic effect of severe AOPP.
