| 摘 要： | 目的：报告作者采用的“半椎板切除行椎管内扩大术”。方法：介绍治疗的腰椎管狭窄症３５例的手术操作方法和取得成功的注意事项。其中侧隐窝型２例，马尾神经型１１例，混合型２２例。年龄３４－６５岁。结果：随访３９－９６个月，疗效优２７例（７７１％），良８例（２２９％），优良率１００％。
