| 摘 要： | 目的:分析小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点.方法:回顾性分析56例小儿支原体肺炎的临床资料.结果:支原体肺炎好发于1岁以上小儿,年长儿临床表现重,肺部体征轻,X线胸片有程度不一的改变.血清特征性MP-IgM检测有助于诊断.阿奇霉素疗效良好.结论:小儿支原体肺炎诊断应把握其临床特点,小儿支原体肺炎虽以轻症为主,但亦可引起重症肺炎及肝炎、脑炎、关节炎、心肌炎等呼吸系统外损害.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) in children.Methods:Clinical data of 56 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Most of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were over 1 years old,senior had obvious clinical manifestations,but pulmonary signs was light.Chest radiograph had different changes.Serum characteristic of MP-IgM detection were helpful to the diagnosis.Curative effect of Azithromycin was good.Conclusion:Diagnosis of Pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia should notice its clinical characteristics.Although Pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia are mild,but may also cause other damages,such as severe pneumonia、hepatitis,encephalitis、arthritis、and myocarditis etc. |
