透析前停止或减少降糖药剂量对低血糖发生的影响

目的:了解糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者在透析前停止或减少降糖药剂量对低血糖发生的影响,探讨防治低血糖的方法.方法:选择我院血液透析中心糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者56例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各28例.在常规使用胰岛素和(或)口服降糖药血液透析1次后,观察组在血液透析前停止或减少胰岛素和(或)口服降糖药剂量,对照组在血液透析前继续常规使用胰岛素和(或)口服降糖药剂量.结果:血液透析中低血糖发生率为39.28％,观察组低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者血液透析前停止或减少胰岛素和(或)口服降糖药剂量,可有效预防低血糖发生.

Influence of Prophylactico-Thrapeutic Measure for Hypoglycemia in the Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective:To discuss incidence of hypoglycemia and prophylactico-thrapeutic measure of hypoglycemia for the diabetic nephropathy in the course of maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:56 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided to two group.Test group stoped or reduced using insulin and/or oral hypoglycemic agent,but control group still had insulin and/or oral hypoglycemic agent.Results:The incidence of hypoglycemia was 39.28%,however test group and control group were 17.28% and 42.86% respectively.The incidence of hypoglycemia was lower in test group than control group,there was significantly different between groups.Conclusion:To stop and reduce to use insulin and /or oral hypoglycemic agent can prevent hypoglycemia in the patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
