| 摘 要： | 随着医疗仪器的进步,颅内肿瘤的诊断率逐年提高,检出率逐年增加。尽管颅内肿瘤的发病率与患病率均较低,然而颅内肿瘤对人体危害是严重的。尤其是胶质瘤:切除率和远期存活率都不能令人满意。因此必需进一步提高对颅内肿瘤的诊断和治疗水平。现将我院1984年10月至1987年5月,2年又9个月所收治的颅内肿瘤加以分析。

| Abstract: | The gliomas is the most common, intracranial tumors. There were 35 cases in this study.most of the gliomas was involved in several cerebral lobes.had no capsule or distinct borderline between the tumor and the surrounding cerebral issues. 13 meningiomas were studied.The cause of meningioma has remained unclear, but many authors considered it to be related to trauma. There was no remarkable increase of intracranial pressure in meningiomas, most of the cases had the symptoms of lack of nerve function caused by local compression.13 cases studied were children,most of them were of school age. Intracranial tumors in children began with increase of intracranial pressure, a few with fever there were 2 cases in this study. |
