| Abstract: | The railway construction, which had greatly speeded up the revolution of communications,and transportation in west America, had various ways of investment with pluralistic investing subjects from the federal, state and local governments to internal and external personals.The development of west railway transportation had been greatly promoted by the policy support, financial help and land presentation of governments at all levels and huge investments of internal and external personals. |
