中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂及孟鲁司特钠治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药及针灸治疗。1周为1个疗程,连续治疗2周,疗程间间隔2日。两组均于治疗前、治疗后、疗程结束后3个月采用鼻炎症状记分标准表、鼻症状总分表(TNSS)及伴随症状评价表(TNNSS)进行疗效评价。结果:两组内治疗前后比较,鼻炎症状记分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,两组间鼻炎症状记分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组内治疗前后TNSS+TNNSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,两组间评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗3月后的症状评分比较,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:单纯西药及中西医结合治疗都能有效缓解变应性鼻炎患者的症状,但中西医结合治疗的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,且中西医结合治疗的远期疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on allergic rhinitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on allergic rhinitis.Methods:60 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis who were diagnosed in otolaryngology department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium,while the treatment group was treated plus with Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture on the basis of control group.1 week as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 weeks,interval between course of treatments was 2 days.Before and after treatment as well as in three months after the end of courses of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated in two groups by rhinitis symptom score standard table,total nasal symptom score table(TNSS)and accompanying symptom evaluation table(TNNSS).Results:Compared within two groups before and after treatment,the difference of rhinitis symptom score was statistically significant(P﹤0.01);compared rhinitis symptom score between two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01).Compared TNSS+TNNSS scores within two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01);compared the scores between two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01).Compared symptom score after 3 months of treatment,the difference of score between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:Both simple western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis,but the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of simple western medicine,and the long-term effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of simple western medicine.
