知柏地黄汤加减辅助治疗卵巢储备功能低下疗效观察

目的:观察知柏地黄汤加减辅助治疗卵巢储备功能低下的疗效。方法:将80例卵巢储备功能低下患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组予戊酸雌二醇、醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗,治疗组加用知柏地黄汤加减。两组均治疗3个月经周期后统计临床疗效,比较两组性激素水平、中医证候积分、Kupperman评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P﹤0.05);两组FSH、E2、LH水平均改善,且治疗组改善优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组中医证候积分及Kupperman评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:知柏地黄汤加减辅助治疗对卵巢储备功能低下疗效显著,能改善性激素水平,改善中医证候,降低围绝经期症状。

Efficacy observation of modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction on poor ovarian reserve function

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction on poor ovarian reserve function.Methods:80 cases of patients with poor ovarian reserve function were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate and medroxyprogesterone acetate,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.The level of sex hormone,TCM syndrome score and Kupperman score were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%of control group(P﹤0.05).The levels of FSH,E2 and LH were improved in both groups,and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).TCM syndrome score and Kupperman score were decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang decoction on poor ovarian reserve function is significant,which can improve the level of sex hormone and TCM syndrome,and reduce the perimenopause symptoms.
