| 摘 要： | 肺癌患者出现脑转移时已届晚期,生存期短、预后不佳、生活质量差。基于肺癌脑转移的临床表现,中医学认为该病与肝关系密切,肺癌脑转移从肝论治符合中医辨证论治的临证思路,临床应用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗肺癌脑转移行之有效,为中医从肝论治肺癌脑转移提供了初步证据。

| Abstract: | When the patients with lung cancer have brain metastases,they have reached into the advanced stage,and with short survival,poor prognosis and poor quality of life.The generation and development of lung cancer metastasis to brain is closely related to liver.The liver is a key of treating lung cancer metastasis to brain.Under the condition of systemic therapy,it is effective and feasible to use Chaihu and Longgumuli decoction for treating lung cancer metastasis to brain based on the theory of liver,which enriches the clinical idea of treating lung cancer metastasis to brain by traditional Chinese medicine and provides a theoretical support for treating lung cancer metastasis to brain by traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of liver. |
