Clinical observation of Baihe Gujin decoction and rifampicin on pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Baihe Gujin decoction and rifampicin on pulmonary tuberculosis and the effect on sputum germ negative conversion rate and ALT.Methods:84 cases of selected patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Baihe Gujin decoction and rifampicin,while the control group was treated with pyrazinamide,ethambutol and rifampicin,in total for 90 days.The clinical efficacy,sputum germ negative conversion rate and ALT level were compared between two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the clinical total effective rate was 97.62%,and the sputum germ negative conversion rate was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%and 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the symptom score and ALT level of treatment group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Baihe Gujin decoction and rifampicin can obviously improve the clinical efficacy on pulmonary tuberculosis,and promote the rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
