扶正合剂改善气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌恶液质临床观察

目的:观察扶正合剂改善气阴两虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌恶液质患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例晚期气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌恶液质患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组仅予对症治疗与营养支持治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用扶正合剂口服,30天为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后患者自觉症状、体质量、进食量、卡氏评分、临床化验指标的改变。结果:治疗后两组症状积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组体质量、进食量、卡氏评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白蛋白水平及免疫功能较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正合剂能改善恶液质患者症状,增加进食量及体质量,增强免疫功能并且对其生活质量起到改善的作用。

Efficacy observation of Fuzheng mixture on cachexia caused by advanced non-small-cell lung cancer of qi-yin both deficiency syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng mixture on cachexia caused by advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer of qi-yin both deficiency syndrome.Methods:80 cases of patients with cachexia caused by advanced non-small-cell lung cancer of qi-yin both deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment and nutritional support treatment simply,while the treatment group was treated plus with Fuzheng mixture on the basis of control group.30 days as a course of treatment.The changes of subjective symptom,body weight,food intake,Karnofsky score and clinical test indexes of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment:the symptom scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of symptom in treatment group was better than in control group(P﹤0.05);the improvement of body weight,food intake and Karnofsky score in treatment group was better than in control group(P﹤0.05);albumin level and immune function of treatment group were improved compared with before treatment(P﹤0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was better than in control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Mixture can improve the symptoms of patients with cachexia,increase the food intake and body weight,enhance the immune function and play a good role in quality of their life.
