| 摘 要： | 本文应用Ｐ３００地形图的方法，对２５例帕金森病患者立体定向术前后进行观察，结果显示：手术前靶刺激Ｐ＿３波波幅在额区降低，术后Ｐ＿３波波幅较术前进一步降低，差异非常显著（Ｆ＿ｚ：Ｐ０．０２，Ｆ＿３：Ｐ＜０．００５，Ｆ＿４：Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示术后近期内可出现脑高级认知功能障碍，并就其产生的原因进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | his paper analyses the auditory P300 brain maps
pre-and-post stereotactic operations to 25patients with Partinson's
diseases.The reaults show that the amplitude of P_3 wave decrease
infrontalarea pre operatively and it decrease further more after
operation. The difference is signifi-cant(F_2:P<0.02,F_3:P<0.
005,F_4,P<0. 05).This suggests that will be a disfunction of
seniorrecognition system of brain ofter operation within the next few
days, and the related causes arediscussed in this paper. |
