| 摘 要： | 目的:观察囊肿型痤疮治疗效果。方法:对照组(78例)常规用自制痤疮中药面膜倒模治疗,治疗组(120例)囊肿行高频电针打孔引流,囊腔内注入庆大霉素,再用痤疮中药面膜倒模治疗。结果:高频电针组痊愈79例,显效31例,总有效率为91.7%:对照组痊愈36例,显效22例,总有效率为74.4%:两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.01,P<0.01)。结论:高频电针配合中药倒模治疗重度囊肿型痤疮效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cystic acne.Methods The control group(78 patients)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine face-coat,the trial group(120 patients)were beated hole with high frequency electroacupuncture and inject cidomycin in cyst,then treated with traditional Chinese medicine face-coat.Results The total clinical efficiency rates of the trial group and the control group were 91.6 % and 74.4 %,There showed significant difference between the two groups(χ 2=11.01,P<0.01).Conclusions Hith frequen electroacupuncture and the traditional Chinese medicine face-coat were efficient in the treatment of cystic acne. |
