| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨后正中经椎板侧方入路手术治疗椎间孔外型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2003年4月至2007年10月本院收治椎间孔外型腰椎间盘突出症9例,其中腰4-56例,腰5骶12例,腰.a l例.结果 9例患者均取得随访,随访时间6～36个月,平均18个月.根据Nakal分级优7例,良2例.结论 后正中经椎板侧方手术入路是治疗椎间孔外型腰椎间盘突出症一种简便、安全、有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical effect of the approach lateral to the vertebral lamina for treating extraforaminal lumbar disc herniation.Methods Retrospectively analyzed with 9 cases of extraforaminal lumbar disc herniation from April 2003 to October 2007,L3-4 1 cases,L4-5 6 cases,L5/S1 2 cases.Results The period of follow up in 9 cases was from 6 months to 36 months,with an average of 18 months.The result was 7 cases excellent,2 cases good.Conclusion The approach lateral to the vertebral lamina is a safe and ... |
