加用清开灵和复方丹参注射液治疗重症肺原性心脏病疗效观察

目的]探讨在西医综合治疗基础上加用清开灵和复方丹参注射液对重症肺原性心脏病(肺心病)的治疗效果.方法]治疗组在西医常规综合治疗基础上加用清开灵注射液和复方丹参注射液治疗急重症肺心病50例;对照组采用纯西药综合治疗48例,进行疗效对照观察.结果]治疗组有效46例,总有效率为92.00%,对照组有效32例,总有效率为66.67%,两组疗效有显著差异(P＜.05);治疗前后二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、氧分压(PaO2)的改善,治疗组亦明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论]在常规综合治疗基础上,清开灵注射液和复方丹参注射液联合应用治疗重症肺心病疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,其对血气的改善可能与其改善心、肺、血流、血管的功能有关.

Clinical observation of added qingkailing and compound danshen injection in treatment of severe pulmonary heart disease

Objective] To explore the basis for comprehensive treatment in Western medicine combined with Qingkailing and compound Danshen injection on treatment of severe pulmonary heart disease (pulmonary heart disease). Methods] Ninety eight cases of severe pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (50 cases) received conventional Western medicine combined with Qingkailing injection and compound Danshen injection and Western medicine only (48 cases) served as control group. The clinical effect was observed separately. Results] The efficiency rate of treatment group (92.00%, n = 46) was higher than that of the control group (66.67%, n = 32) (P<0.05). The improvement of PaO₂ and PaCO₂ of treatment group was also markedly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion] The Western medicine combined with Qingkailing and compound Danshen injection is effective to severe pulmonary heart disease, the improvement of PaO₂ and PaCO₂ may be related to changing the heart, lung, blood, and blood vessel function.
