摘    要:目的 评价化学发光法检测梅毒螺旋体特异性抗体的效果.方法 5家实验室分别用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、化学发光检测法(CLIA)和梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝胶试验(TPPA)进行临床标本的双盲检测.以TPPA结果为标准,分析其敏感性和特异性.结果 共计检测1 525例血清样品,其中TPPA确证阳性308例,阳性率为20.2%.以TPPA作参照,发光法敏感性为100%(308/308),特异性为99.3%(1 208/1 217),阳性结果预测值(PPV)为97.2%(308/317),阴性结果预测值(NPV)为100%(1 208/1 208);5种ELISA试剂总体敏感性为98.1%(302/308),特异性为97.9%(1 192/1 217),PPV为92.4%(302/327),NPV为99.5%(1 192/1 198).结论 CLIA法具有敏感性高和特异性强的特点,适合于临床实验室进行梅毒的筛查.
