9例人工耳蜗植入儿童术后康复评估结果分析

目的 探讨3～7岁在训聋儿植入人工耳蜗后听觉言语康复进展情况.方法 使用美国GSI-16配置声场的双声道临床听力计,在标准声场下对9例儿童进行人工耳蜗术后声场听阈测试;采用<聋儿听力语言康复评估方法>,在术后3、6、9、12个月分别进行听觉言语康复评估.结果 9例人工耳蜗植入儿童声场听阈测试均值为26～35 dB HL;随着术后时间的增加,9例儿童的听觉言语评估成绩逐步提高,术后12个月时平均言语识别率达89.8%,平均语言年龄为3.0岁.结论 人工耳蜗植入有助于重度、极重度聋儿的听力语言康复.

An Analysis of the Assessment Results of 9 Children with Cochlear Implants after Receiving Rehabilitation Programs

objective To investigate the rehabilitative outcomes of 9 hearing-impaired children with cochlear implants（CIs）aged 3-7 years. Methods The hearing thresholds of 9 children were obtained with a GS1-16 audiometer after cochlear implantation in the standard sound field. The Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Evaluation Method was used to evaluate the rehabilitation outcomes of hearing-impaired children at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after the operation. Results The average hearing threshold of the 9 children was 26-35 dB HL. The hearing and speech assessment results of these children were improved gradually with time. Twelve months after the operation, the average speech recognition score reached 89.78% and the average language age was 3.02 years old. Conclusion Cochlear implantation is favorable to the hearing and speech rehabilitation of children with profound and severe hearing impairment.
