| Abstract: | On April 2009, ＂New Medicine Changes Plan＂ is issued, which advocate new treatment model. On May 2009, 3G operate officially. It is more and more popular for the features of high-speed telecommunication service and varied usage of data. How to establish a new health information system with 3G to improve service processes and strengthen health education is the aim of this article. |
