| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌组织端粒酶活性表达与其临床病理特征的关系。方法应用端粒酶重复序列扩增（telom-eric repeat amplification protocol,TRAP）银染TRAP-ELISA方法检测25例胃癌组织（实验组）和25例胃不典型增生组织（对照组1）及正常胃组织（对照组Ⅱ）中端粒酶活性的表达,并胃癌组织与临床病理分期、病理分级及预后关系进行分析。结果实验组中端粒酶活性表达率为91.1%,对照组Ⅰ端粒酶活性表达率为20%,对照组Ⅱ无表达,实验组端粒酶活性高于两对照组（P〈0.01）;实验组端粒酶活性在临床病理分期上：T4高于T3,T3高于T2＋T1,但差异均无显著性。实验组端粒酶活性在病理分化程度上：未分化高于高分化（P〈0.05）。结论实验组端粒酶活性高表达,与胃癌临床病理分化程度呈正相关,端粒酶激活可能在胃癌的发生及发展过程中起重要作用,端粒酶可作为胃癌早期诊断及判定预后的分子生物学标记。 |
