| 摘 要： | 目的本实验对国产气动左心辅助循环泵-罗叶泵内表面进行内皮化的方法进行初步探讨,并对内皮化的黏附效率进行体外模拟测试。方法将羊内皮细胞种植于罗叶泵泵体内,培养第4 d、10 d取样,样本用倒置显微镜和扫描电镜观察。模拟测试装置对内皮化的罗叶泵进行体外测试,在预定的时点（0.5 h、1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h）收集培养液计数,并进行统计分析。结果羊主动脉内皮细胞在罗叶泵内生长良好,10 d后于泵体内表面形成单层内膜,体外测试细胞有脱落,测试4 h细胞脱落（29.6±5.9）%,24 h细胞脱落（52.9±6.2）%。结论体外培养下,内皮细胞在罗叶泵内表面形成完整单层内膜;在模拟体内环境测试下,内皮细胞脱落数量与时间正相关,细胞脱落速度早期快于后期。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop the method of endothelialization to the Diaphragm-Pneumatic left ventricular assist device,Luo-Ye Pump,and to test in vitro the efficiency that the endothelium adhere to the pump.
