临床路径信息系统实现模式

临床路径是一种按照住院天数将特定病种的诊疗项目进行标准化的诊疗计划，依靠人工监控实现，这给医疗、管理工作增加很大的工作量。如何科学地实现临床路径信息化管理，采用何种模式，是保障临床路径取得实效的关键问题之一。探讨目前采用的几种模式，并着重阐述了医生工作站嵌入模式。该模式在医院现用的系统下，根据临床路径的要求，按时间、医疗项目等规范流程运行，自动在开医嘱时式进行指导、干涉、监控。

Implementation Mode of Clinical Path Information System

Clinical pathway is a medical plan which standardizes the treatments of special diseases according to hospital days, significantly increasing in the workload of medical treatment and management with the help of manual monitoring system. The scientific way to realize clinical pathway information management and the mode of it are the key points to protect the effectiveness of clinical pathway. In this paper, several models prevalently used are discussed and we focus on the medical workstation embedded mode under the condition of current system we use which can automatically guide, interpose and monitor medical orders ＇ writing according to the standard of time, medical projects and so on which is in accordance with The requirements of the clinical path.
