慢性心衰患者血清肌钙蛋白T、心肌酶和IL-6浓度变化的临床意义

目的通过检测血清中肌钙蛋白T、肌酸磷酸激酶（CK）以及肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶MB（CK-MB）以及细胞因子IL-6在慢性心衰患者中浓度变化的临床意义及与心功能的关系。方法收集50例充血性心力衰竭病人,30例正常人血浆,进行定量检测cTnT、CK、CK-MB三项指标,用ELISA方法检测IL-6的浓度。结果充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者血清肌钙蛋白T及心肌酶检测结果显著高于对照组（P〈0.001）;CHF患者血清中IL-6的浓度显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。心功能Ⅳ级组各项指标检测结果显著高于Ⅲ级组（P〈0.01）。结论 cTnT、CK、CK-MB三项指标以及细胞因子IL-6的联合检测,对心功能损伤及其严重程度的判断具有重要意义,并且具有较高的灵敏度和较强的特异性。

The clinical significance of concentration of cardiac troponin T and IL-6 in the diagnose chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the relationship and diagnosis significance of monitoring indicators（cTnT,CK,CK-MB and IL-6） and heart function.Methods Serum from 50 chronic heart failure patients and 30 healthy controls were examined for cTnT、CK and CK-MB and IL-6.Results The concentrations of cTnT and IL-6 in chronic heart failure groups were much higher than those in contrast groups（P0.001）.The indicators of heart function Ⅳ grade was much higher than heart function Ⅲ grade（P0.01）.Conclusion The Sensitivity and specificity of cTnT、CK and CK-MB and IL-6 to judge heart function and the damage degree.The serum level of cTnT and IL-6 can closely reflect the extent of chronic heart failure.Serum level of cTnT and IL-6 are markers with high sensitivity and specificity for heart functions.
