肺癌病理类型与淋巴细胞rRNA基因活性的相关性研究

目的 研究肺癌病理类型对外周血淋巴细胞rRNA基因活性的影响。方法 应用染色体银染技术，对肺腺癌肺鳞癌和小细胞肺癌共50例患者和40例正常人外周血淋巴细胞染色体Ag—NOR、Ag—AA进行检测。结果 肺癌组Ag-NOR数／细胞、AS—AA数／细胞均高于对照组；各型肺癌之间的Ag—NOR数／细胞、Ag—AA数／细胞，腺癌显著高于小细胞癌。小细胞癌显著高于鳞癌。结论 肺腺癌、肺小细胞癌和肺鳞癌患者有转录活性的rRNA基因活性及基因数量呈递减趋势，与染色体不稳定性呈线性关系。据此，可在不经手术取材的情况下判断肺癌的病理类型，从而指导临床治疗。

Study on pathological types in lung cancer patients with relation to the activity of rRNA gene

Objective: To study whether pathology type of lung cancer were interrelated in the activity of rRNA gene of the peripheral lymphocytes. Methods: Using chromosome silver staining techniques, Ag-NOR and Ag-AA of he petripheral lymphocytes chromosome from 50 patients with lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer, and 40 healthy subjects were tested. Results: Average values of Ag-NOR and Ag-AA were significantly higher in lung cancer than those in control group; significantly higher in the lung adenocarcinoma than those in the small cell lung cancer; significantly higher in he small cell lung cancer than those in squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: The activity and numbers of rRNA gene in the patients with lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamouds cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer were progressively decreasing. This two parameters are positively related to chromosome instability. The authors consider that pathological types of lung cancer may be judged without opration.
