| 摘 要： | 通过２２例在耻骨上前列腺切除术中应用连续毯边缝合方法止血的实践，认为此方法符合解剖特点，较好地阻断了前列腺窝边缘的血管分支，具有留管时间短、恢复快的特点，有效地减少了术中、术后出血。

| Abstract: | ?2 cases of suprapubic prostatectomy were performed with continuous blanket edge suture to stop bleeding. It is thought that this method is in keeping with the characteristics of anatomy, blocks the branches of blood vessels at the edges of prostatic fossa, has the advantages of short time for retaining catheter and quick recovery, and reduces the bleeding during and after operation. |
