无血缝合法在前列腺摘除术中的应用──附83例报告

对８３例前列腺增生患者行耻骨上前列腺摘除术中，在剜除前列腺后，用粗肠线作膀胱颈部荷包缝合并悬吊固定于皮肤外，从而使前列腺窝与膀胱完全隔离，依靠腺窝的自身收缩达到止血目的。此法避免了常规气囊压迫或耻骨上膀胱造瘘给病人带来的痛苦，减少术后出血、感染及膀胱颈梗阻等并发症。

Bloodless suture in prostatectomy: Repot of 83 cases

uprapubic prostatectomy was performed in 83 cases of hyperplasia of prostate. After prostate was enucleated, purse-string suture of vesical neck was done with thick catgut, hung and fixed outside the skin, thus to completely separate the fossa of prostate from bladder, and reach the purpose of hemostasis by the self contraction of the fossa. This method avoided the sufferings of the patients from the compression of routine air sac or suprapubic cystostomy, reduced bleeding after operation, infection, bladder-neck obstruction and other complications.
