| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨硫氧还蛋白还原酶在大鼠心肌抗氧化应激反应中的作用。方法 将Wistar大鼠冰泳5min，采用Northern blot和Western blot检测大鼠冰泳前后心肌硫氧还蛋白还原酶的表达情况。结果 应激后大鼠心肌中硫氧还蛋白还原酶的基因和蛋白表达均增加。结论 硫氧还蛋白还原酶增加有利于大鼠心肌对应激损伤的预防与修复。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of thioredoxin reductase against oxidative stress in myocardia in rats.Methods We let wistar rats swim in ice water for five minutes,then detected the effects of oxidative stress on thioredoxin reductase in myocardia with Northern blot and Western blot.Results After stress the expression of protein and gene of thioredoxin reductase in rat myocardia were measurably increased.Conclusions The increased expression of thioredoxin reductase may resist oxidative stress and prevent myocardia from being injured. |
