摘    要:目的探讨影响新生儿听力筛查初筛未通过的原因,为选择合适的初筛时间,提高初筛通过率提供依据。方法采用GSI7O全自动耳声发射筛查仪对我院2009年4月~7月出生的260例新生儿进行听力筛查,对筛查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 260例新生儿中,初筛通过226例,占86.15%。初筛未通过36例,占13.85%。新生儿胎龄和体重与初筛通过率密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论根据新生儿出生时胎龄、体重不同选择合适的初筛时间,可提高初筛通过率,降低假阳性率。

The Results of Neonatal Hearing Primary Screening:An Analysis of 260Cases

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cause affecting neonatal hearing primary screening and provide basis for choosing appropriate primary screening time and raising the primary screeming pass rate.Methods A GS170 fully-automatic otoacoustic emission screening instrument was used in screening the hearing of 260 neonates born in our hospital between April and July 2009,and the results were retrospectively analized.Results Of the 260 neonates,226 passed the primary screening(86.15%) and 36 failed(13.85%).The neonatal gestational ages and weights were closely related to the primary screening pass rate,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions The choice of appropriate primary screening time in accordance with the different neonatal gestational ages and weights at birth can raise the primary screening pass rate and lower the false positive rate.
