| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴儿肝炎综合征患儿体液免疫及细胞免疫功能的变化。方法收集30例确诊为婴儿肝炎综合征患儿的临床资料，并测定其体液免疫（透射比浊法）及细胞免疫（免疫荧光法）功能。对照组为同龄15名健康婴儿。结果婴儿肝炎综合征患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM及CD4^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋水平明显降低，CD8^＋水平明显升高，与对照组相比，差异均有显著性（P均〈0．05或〈0．01）；重症组较轻症组变化更明显。结论体液免疫及细胞免疫功能异常与婴儿肝炎综合征的发病及病情严重程度有一定关系。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study on the change of humoral and cellular immune of Infantile Hepatitis Syndrome(IHS).[Methods] A retrospective study was carried out in 30 infants suffered from Infancy Hepatitis Syndrome.Measured their levels of IgA,IgG,IgM(Scatter colorimetry),T-lymphocyte subpopulation were assayed by immunofluorescence.Fifteen healthy infants were selected as control.[Results] The levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ were lower,and levels of CD8+ were higher in IHS than those in control(P <0.05 or <0.01);and the above changes in the serve HIS are markedly than those in the mild group.[Conclusion] The abnormalities of immune funtion are closely related to the process of IHS and play an important role in the pathogenesis. |
