中医医疗机构发挥中医药特色优势的十大因素

为坚定不移地推进中医药事业发展，国务院出台了《关于扶持和促进中医药事业发展的若干意见》，给中医药事业发展带来了前所未有的机遇，为中医药事业的发展指明了方向，但中医医疗机构如何充分发挥中医药特色优势，仍然是我们必须面对和思考的重大课题。笔者根据自己从事中医药工作20余年的经验并参考有关资料，从遵循自身规律、稳定队伍、整合人才资源、普及中医药知识、专病专科建设、“治未病”、继续教育、医院中药制剂、中药炮制、继承创新等十个方面着手，对促进中医医疗机构发挥中医药特色优势的因素进行探讨，希望对中医医疗机构发挥中医药特色优势有所裨益。
