摘    要:
系统主要采用国内领先的GIs应用快速定制技术,整合多年全国疟疾历史发病、气象遥感、社会经济等数据进行综合分析和可视化,率先实现基于WEB方式的传染病时空聚类和传播风险评估等功能。它将方便我国各级用户采用新的技术和方法综合分析辖区疟疾发病及相关各类监测数据,开展疟疾时空分布和传播风险预测研究,以更好地为区域疟疾监测与防控工作提供技术支持。系统界面友好,操作简单,为典型传染病防控地理信息应用系统的开发提供了成功的范例。

Design and Development of Geographic Information System for Malaria Control and Prevention

Abstract:
The system mainly uses the leading GIS application customization technology, and integrates the incidence of malaria, meteorology data, remote sensing data, and socio-economic data to realize the comprehensive analysis and visualization about the spatio-temporal distribution and transmission risk assessment of malaria. It is also the first time to achieve WEB-based analysis about the space-time clustering and risk assessment of Malaria. It can support users at all levels to make the comprehensive analysis using the incidence of malaria and related surveillance data, and conduct the spatio-temporal distribution and risk prediction about Malaria, through the new technologies and methods. This will provide a powerful technical support to the regional Malaria control and prevention. Besides, the system is user-friendly and simple to operate, which is a successful example to the development of geographic information systems for other typical infectious disease.
