多索茶碱佐治喘息性支气管炎的疗效观察

目的探讨多索茶碱注射液佐治喘息性支气管炎的疗效观察。方法将116例临床诊断为喘息性支气管炎的患儿随机分为两组,治疗组60例和对照组56例,两组患儿均给予常规抗感染雾化止咳等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用多索茶碱注射液3～5mg/(kg·d)。1次/d静脉滴注,疗程5～7d。结果治疗组总有效率91.7%.对照组75.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱佐治小儿喘息性支气管炎效果明显,临床症状及体征缓解时间明显缩短,且无不良反应发生,值得推广。

The effect observation of Doxofylline injection in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis curative

Objective To investigate the Doxofylline injection in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis curative.Methods 116 patients with clinically diagnosed as asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the treatment group and 56 cases in the control group,two groups were given conventional anti infection with aerosolized cough and other symptomatic treatment,the treatment group based on the use of doxofylline injection 3~5 mg/（kg·d）.1 times daily intravenous drip,courses of 5~7 d.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group 91.7% and control group 75%.The two groups were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Doxofylline treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis effect is obvious,the clinical symptoms and signs significantly shorten the time,and no adverse reaction,is worth popularizing.
