| 摘 要： | 目的研究观察中药复方"解毒汤"配合苄星青霉素治疗梅毒,为合理运用中药治疗梅毒提供理论依据。方法将78例符合梅毒诊断标准并且能够完成疗程的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组39例,对照组采用苄星青霉素臀部肌内注射,治疗组在此基础上加服中药解毒汤治疗,疗程均为12个月,观察患者治疗前后临床症状、RPR转阴情况和外周血Th1/Th2变化情况。结果治疗后第12个月,治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组RPR阴转率和外周血Th1/Th2改善情况均高于对照组。结论解毒汤配合苄星青霉素中西医结合治疗梅毒能明显改善临床症状,提高转阴率,是一种中西医结合治疗梅毒的有效方案。
