随着信息技术的飞速发展,信息网络已经成为社会各个领域不可或缺的基础设施,成为衡量一个国家现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志.然而,在信息技术发展和广泛应用,并给世界各国带来重大发展机遇的同时,也给国家安全带来了新的威胁与挑战-国家信息安全问题日渐突出.国家信息安全得不到保障,信息网络也成为了敌对国家、势力获取我国信息,渗透影响国家政治、经济、文化、军事,破坏国家安全的重要手段.由此可见,在信息技术广泛渗透于各个领域的条件下,网络信息安全已经在国家安全中占有十分重要的战略地位,成为国家安全的重要基石.将围绕当前区域卫生信息网络体系建设中可能涉及的国家安全问题进行讨论.

Discussion on the National Security Issues of Regional Health Information Network System

With the rapid development of information technology, information network has become an indispensable infrastructure over all areas of society, and also has been an important symbol of measuring a country＇s modernization level and comprehensive national power. However, with the rapid development and widely application, information network brings not only significant opportunities for development but also new national security threats and challenges at the same time, national security issues have become increasingly prominent. National security can＇t be guaranteed and information network has been an important means which hostile country, evil force used to obtain our country＇s information ,infect the political, economic, culture and military and also destruct the national security. Thus it can be seen： under the condition of the information technology widely infect every area, the security of information network has played a significant strategic statue in the national security, and has become the cornerstone of national security. In this paper, we will discuss the national security focus on current regional health information network system involved in national security issues.
