| 摘 要： | 目的探讨气管支气管异物的诊断和治疗,总结危重患者的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析了我科2005年12月至2010年12月完整的128例气管支气管异物诊断及治疗的临床资料。结果表麻下手术119例,全麻下手术5例,均成功取出异物,自行咳出异物4例。结论对气管支气管异物及时准确的诊断及治疗可避免延误病情,有效地降低并发症和病死率,在表麻下行硬质支气管镜的检查及取异物术是有效可靠的手术方法 。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and removal of tracheobronchial foreign bodies and summarize the experiences in treatment of critical patients.Methods The complete clinical data of diagnosis and treatment of 128 cases tracheobronchial foreign bodies in from December 2005 to December 2010 were analysized Retrospectively.Results 124 cases of foreign bodies were removed successfully,of which 119 cases of surgery under topical anesthesia and 5 cases of surgery under general anesthesia.Four cases of forei... |
